Buses play a vital role in the local public transport system of Suining, a bustling metropolis located in Sichuan province, China. We are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a significant bus network project that aims to enhance connectivity and serve the needs of the residents in Suining City with faytech’s outdoor bus stops signage!
A total of 15 bus stops in Suining have been enhanced with faytech’s advanced outdoor bus stop signage, featuring high-resolution LCD displays and LED walls designed to keep commuters informed about departure and arrival times, as well as any updates to the service schedule. In addition to this essential information, the screens also feature advertising content, including images and videos. Strategically located along the main road to the station and throughout the city, these upgraded bus stops are set to improve the overall commuting experience.
The Technology Behind faytech’s Outdoor Bus Stop Signage Solutions
The installations include our state-of-the-art 55″ outdoor LCD screens with stunning 4K resolution, complemented by multiple LED advertising displays integrated into the bus stop structures. Each LED display consists of several individual modules, measuring approximately 4 meters in width and 2 meters in height. Given the extreme environmental conditions these displays must withstand, we have equipped them accordingly to ensure durability and reliability.
The LCD screens are optically bonded using our in-house CLEAR-BOND adhesive, which:
- enhances stability
- reduces reflection
- broadens the viewing angle
- increases perceived brightness
This innovative bonding solution also provides resistance to dust and delivers superior image quality. Moreover, the cover glass used in conjunction with CLEAR-BOND features a specially burned-in anti-glare chemical etching, which further minimizes glare and enhances image clarity. With a remarkable brightness of over 2,000 cd/m², these screens are designed to deliver outstanding visibility, even in challenging lighting conditions, while being fully protected against water and dust ingress, as indicated by their IP65 rating.
Ultra-Bright LED Walls: Ensuring Clear Displays in Any Condition
The LED walls, a key component of our outdoor bus stop signage, shine brightly with a luminosity ranging between 4,000 and 5,000 cd/m², ensuring vibrant colors and exceptional visibility even in direct sunlight. Nearly 100 LED walls and displays have been installed at various locations throughout the city, including along the main road from the railway station. These LED systems are composed of individual modules and are engineered to operate in temperature extremes, ranging from -45° to +85°, also with protection against water and dust (IP65).
